- What happens after my free trial ends?
- After your 14-day trial, you'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't select one, your account will be downgraded to a limited free tier. Your data is never deleted.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes! Annual plans are coming soon and will offer a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when they launch.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Is there a contract or commitment?
- No long-term contracts. Picflo is month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime. We believe in earning your business every month.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- You can cancel directly from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
